Taking into account the fact that entrepreneurs, startups, scientists and officials take part in the event, the team should be in completely different industry specifics, understand global trends and trends in different markets and be able to organise high-quality events."

Formed the structure
We carried out a huge organisational and analytical work after the first "Foresight Fleet" and outlined several basic areas, without which it is impossible to form a team.

It was decided to choose employees with reference to the target audience of the project such as work with participants, GR — work with representatives of the executive body of state authority, PR — external communication, work with the media, bloggers, work with partners, work with a team of moderators. A separate unit related to the content of the event was closed by the ideologist of the project.
Built profiles
Together with the coordinator and ideologist of the Foresight Fleet in St. Petersburg, all the necessary processes within the project were described, hard skills and soft skills.

We assessed which competencies are closed by the staff of the "Club of Leaders", and which ones require finding specialists.
We completed the team
We found the missing specialists. While choosing people, we tried to take into account their psychotypes and temperament as much as possible, the opportunity to deal with each other, creating a synergy effect and sharing the common goals and values of the customer.
